Having worked as a painter for 10 years, I decided to become an independent 3rd party paint inspector. But I fell at work and damaged my lumbar discs. In 2010, after being laid off from my job during the economic crash of 2009, I couldn’t find work and so I decided to start my own inspection company “Billy Campbell Technical Services”.
